The Strategic Research and Innovation Group cultivates a steady stream of innovation for both Burson-Marsteller and our clients. This group enhances Burson-Marsteller's intellectual capital by working in conjunction with our client staff to develop new knowledge and share existing knowledge throughout the company.  Our proprietary knowledge of brands, of corporate and CEO reputation and of “e-fluentials”, is unrivalled in the world of public relations.
  • The Knowledge Development group conducts proprietary research into corporate and CEO reputation and “e-fluentials” - the movers and shakers of the online world. 
  • The Knowledge Sharing group manages Burson-Marsteller's award-winning Intranet, BMSource, which houses the company's vast knowledge resources and delivers them to all our employees' desktops. 
  • The Knowledge Centres around the world provide broad-based secondary research and analysis on companies, industries and issues affecting clients.
Collectively, the Strategic Research and Innovation Group provides significant specialised services both to Burson-Marsteller and our clients.  In particular, the Knowledge Centres provide a variety of customised products including: issues monitoring and analysis, digital media training and monitoring, web audits, employee research, stakeholder analysis, competitive benchmarking, crisis monitoring, business and environment analyses.
